I have built several sites thusfar using Adobe GoLive. Most of the time I have built them 100% from scratch, no templates, no prefab stuff, I start fresh each time. Combined with Photoshop and a some images to work with the hardest part is deciding on the content layout for the site.
		Building a website is not something I typically charge by the hour for or have a sec price on. Whereas one site might only be 5-6 pages and nothing more, another site might need video, a shopping cart and dozens of pages of content.
